The player controls a gun that can only move in the bottom fifth of the screen. The object is to shoot a centipede that works its way down to the player area through a field of mushrooms. Other attacking enemies are fleas, spiders, and scorpions.

Picked this one up dead at the auction. I thought I was bidding $260 but I accidentally bid $360 and won it. More than I wanted to pay but still worth it.

The sideart is near perfect as is the marquee nd bezel. It needs a new CPO (already purchased) and a trackball rebuild (also purchased). The coin door is not original so I need to find an original replacement. I'll probably repaint the bottom front panel black too.
